Liaison between application stakeholders and technology team Able to work and communicate different solutions to the business clients Break down on solution approach and percolate to the team in effective way 5+ years' experience in JavaScript, AngularJS, Web services (RESTful/SOAP), XML, JSON. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills. Deep knowledge of ServiceNow governance and upgrade-safe design practices.
Define platform architecture standards, roadmaps, and design guidelines. Map business requirements with ServiceNow standard functionality while minimizing customization. Provide technical leadership to developers and project managers.
Ensure solution scalability, security, and compliance. Support Agile delivery by guiding solution increments and technical backlog refinement
