ServiceNow Senior Business AnalystAccenture Federal Services is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Business Analyst to join our team and support our client in the Washington D.C. area. In this role, you will apply process improvement and reengineering principles, methodologies, and structured approaches to effect process modernization and quality improvement efforts with an understanding of technical problems and solutions as they relate to the current and future business environment.Here's what you'll do:Analyze business processes by mapping and evaluating as-is process scope, objectives and stepsIdentify gaps and opportunities for improvement, integrating new and improved processes with existing onesRecommend process, quality, and performance measurement improvementsAssist with institutionalization communicating these changes to impacted Business Systems teams and other stakeholdersProvide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training and orientation programs as needed to support process changesHere's what you need:3 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis for system design, system architecture, business technical architecture, business system requirements definition, or similar3 years of experience with the ServiceNow platformBonus points if you have:ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, or similar industry-recognized certification strongly preferred for Senior to Expert levelsSecurity Clearance:Active TS/SCI clearanceEqual Employment Opportunity Statement: We believe that no one should be discriminated against because of their differences.
