You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify, define, and document detailed product requirements and use cases.

You'll also facilitate process redesign, serving as a liaison to the business community while advising on all change aspects.Responsibilities include:Day-to-day management of the functional ServiceNow designers and change management teamLeading requirement activitiesLeading the functional design activitiesHere's what you need:5 years of relevant experience leading ServiceNow implementationsExperience overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, including defining project scope, allocating resources, and monitoring progressExperience leading a small team of business analystsBonus points if you have:Experience developing AGILE user storiesWriting functional test scriptsServiceNow certifications such as CSA or CIS-ITSMSecurity Clearance:An active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility is required and must be able to obtain a polygraphThe base pay range for this position in these locations is $146,200 - $174,000 USD
