To support enterprise cybersecurity initiatives, the full-time remote ServiceNow Security Incident Developer will design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow SIR solutions, automate incident management processes, and maintain integrations with various platforms. Key responsibilities Design and configure ServiceNow SIR solutions for incident response and case management Automate incident intake, classification, and remediation processes using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub Develop and maintain integrations with SIEM platforms and enterprise applications using REST APIs Required qualifications Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow application development and configuration Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript and GlideRecord Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer for workflow automation Knowledge of incident management processes and enterprise case management Experience developing REST API integrations and working with ServiceNow Access Control Lists (ACLs)
