Project ManagerThe Project Manager will support a cross functional transformation initiative to improve the consistency, efficiency, and effectiveness of how clients and engagements are evaluated for risk exposure across the global organization. The Project Manager will manage the day-to-day activities and deliverables for their project, within the Next Generation CEAC program, and, at a minimum, will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules and dependencies, defining and managing project scope, identifying and tracking risks, issues, and decisions, as well as providing timely, accurate, and relevant progress updates (status reporting).Responsibilities Include:Strategy and Planning Work with stakeholders to define project scope, features and functions; manage approvals for scope changesBuild project charters to establish scope & approach, resource and budget estimatesCoordinate with workstream leads to compile resource estimates to achieve the workstream deliverablesGovernance and Communication Ensure adherence to program governance, keeping program leadership and stakeholders informedCollaborate with program leadership, and workstream leads to mitigate risks, issues, escalations (resource challenges, delays to delivery)Facilitate program team meetings and business stakeholder meetingsExecution and Integration Partner with workstream leads, stakeholders and other teams members to deliver on scope, schedule, budget and qualityDevelop and manage detailed project plans that outline all deliverables, activities and milestones required to successfully deliver the projectIdentify, track and communicate issues, risks, decisions, and actions for the project; escalate to leadership as neededProvide help needed by workstream team members to complete their assigned tasksIdentify and manage workstream dependencies and remove obstacles preventing workstream progressParticipate in weekly program planning, change control and risk review meetingsEnsures cross-functional coordination and alignment across all workstreams within the programGeneral day-to-day support to workstream leadsResource Management and Continuous Improvement Develop and maintain a resource plan (program level, workstream level)Identify opportunities for improvement, efficiencies and overall successful collaboration within the programIt is recommended that employers include a general description of any health or compulsory benefits for compliance with Pay Transparency laws.Skills:Minimum 7 years' experience managing large multifaceted global projects, with a heavy focus on large scale software development implementationsPrevious project management experience must include full lifecycle software development and Agile/Scrum methodologiesDemonstrated experience implementing ServiceNow platform, preferably GRC and CSM modules is a huge plusWorking knowledge and experience with industry standards and best practices - PMI, ITIL, Agile Scrum (certifications a plus)Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong cognitive ability especially with respect to understanding, documenting, and describing complex technical subjectsStrong inter-personal skills in order to foster the development of high performance teamsCreative thinker and problem solver, able to objectively and effectively guide complex problems to resolutionAble to interface with all levels of the organizationHigh proficiency in utilizing MS Project, as well as enterprise project and portfolio management tools (e.g. Clarizen, Planview, ServiceNow, Clarity, etc.)
