We’re hiring a Senior ServiceNow Presales & AI Solution Consultant to lead solutioning, technical presales, and AI‑powered transformation for enterprise customers across the U.S.
You’ll partner with CIOs/CTOs, sales teams, and ServiceNow stakeholders to shape differentiated solutions, design architectures, run executive workshops, deliver demos, and drive deals from discovery through close.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end‑to‑end ServiceNow presales for enterprise opportunities
- Translate business challenges into platform‑wide ServiceNow solutions
- Build architectures, proposals, SOWs, RFP/RFI responses, estimates
- Deliver executive‑level workshops and solution presentations
- Demonstrate ServiceNow, Now Assist, AI Agents, and AI‑powered workflows
- Architect AI + ServiceNow solutions (LLMs, RAG, multi‑agent patterns)
- Partner with sales, alliances, and delivery to shape winning deals
What You Bring
- 10+ years IT | 7+ years ServiceNow | 5+ years presales/solutioning
- Deep knowledge across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB/CSDM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, IRM/GRC, SPM, App Engine
- Hands‑on experience with GenAI, LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, vector DBs
- Strong executive communication and storytelling skills
- Experience supporting large enterprise deals and complex RFPs

- Now Assist / AI Agents
- AI governance / AI Control Tower
- ServiceNow Data Fabric
- Enterprise AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure AI, Gemini, Llama)
- Fortune 500 experience
