Servicenow Portfolio ManagerRandstad is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Portfolio Manager to join our client’s team in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing portfolios within a PMO (Project Management Office) environment, with specific experience in leading ServiceNow projects. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively oversee and optimize a portfolio of ServiceNow initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving successful project outcomes.Responsibilities:Lead the management and oversight of the ServiceNow project portfolio, ensuring projects are aligned with business goals and delivered on time and within budget.Work closely with PMO leadership to develop and implement portfolio management strategies, frameworks, and processes.Monitor project performance across the portfolio, providing regular updates to stakeholders and recommending corrective actions as needed.Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful project execution, including resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution.Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the portfolio, leveraging best practices and lessons learned to enhance project delivery.Serve as the primary point of contact for all ServiceNow portfolio-related matters, facilitating communication between stakeholders, project teams, and leadership.Ensure compliance with PMO governance standards, methodologies, and tools across the ServiceNow portfolio.Identify and manage interdependencies between projects, ensuring efficient resource utilization and minimizing risks.Provide mentorship and guidance to project managers within the portfolio, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.Qualifications:Proven experience in portfolio management within a PMO environment.Demonstrated experience in managing and delivering ServiceNow projects.Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Proficiency in portfolio management tools and methodologies.PMP, ITIL, or ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
