To support the strategic direction and technical governance of the enterprise ServiceNow platform, the full-time remote Enterprise ServiceNow Platform Architect will manage platform strategy, oversee tenant onboarding, and establish governance practices, ensuring scalability and operational stability. Key Responsibilities Own and evolve the enterprise ServiceNow platform strategy, including upgrades and module adoption Define and drive a sustainable approach for onboarding new tenants onto the platform while maintaining operational support Establish platform governance practices and lead a Center of Excellence to ensure consistent standards and best practices Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience) 7+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, including 3+ years in an architect-level or senior technical leadership role Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, including scripting and APIs Demonstrated experience leading platform upgrade planning on an enterprise scale Proven experience managing vendor relationships and evaluating third-party ServiceNow applications/integrations
