To support a global life sciences initiative, the full-time remote ServiceNow ITSM Developer will design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions to enhance operational efficiency and automate service management processes. Key responsibilities Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM applications and integrations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions Perform platform administration activities and support CMDB configuration and data management Required qualifications 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience supporting enterprise implementations Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and IntegrationHub Experience developing integrations using REST APIs and SOAP web services ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is preferred
