Leading the implementation of ServiceNow ITAM solutions, the contract ServiceNow ITAM SME will work remotely to design and configure asset lifecycle processes, integrate ITAM with various systems, and ensure compliance and governance for software and hardware asset management through January 2027. Key responsibilities Lead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow ITAM solutions, including requirement gathering and process design Integrate ITAM with CMDB, Discovery, and other ITSM processes while ensuring data accuracy and governance Define ITAM governance framework and monitor software compliance and license utilization Required qualifications 8+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in ServiceNow ITAM implementations Strong expertise in SAM Pro, HAM Pro, CMDB, and asset lifecycle management Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST/SOAP integrations Familiarity with ITIL v4 processes and reporting analytics Preferred certifications include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist in relevant areas
