To support a leading organization within the ServiceNow ecosystem, the remote ServiceNow ITAM/HAM Developer will engage in design, development, integration, and configuration tasks while focusing on enhancing customer workflows and providing troubleshooting support. Key responsibilities Design and develop ITAM and HAM solutions within the ServiceNow platform Integrate and enhance existing systems while managing documentation and risk Provide troubleshooting support and configuration for customer workflows and upgrades Required qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow Proficiency in IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS, or relevant certifications in ITAM/HAM A degree in a related field Strong communication and consultancy skills
