ServiceNow IRM DeveloperLocation: Chicago Downtown, IL (Onsite) Job Type: Contract (W2 or C2C) Duration: 6–12 Months (with possible extension)We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) Developer to design, configure, and implement IRM/GRC solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience developing solutions for Risk Management, Policy and Compliance, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management modules.This role is 100% onsite in Chicago Downtown, IL and requires hands-on experience with the ServiceNow IRM suite and a solid understanding of enterprise risk and compliance frameworks.Responsibilities:Design and develop applications and modules using ServiceNow IRM/GRC best practices.Configure and implement modules such as Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.Customize ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts to meet business requirements.Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems for data exchange using REST/SOAP APIs.Support IRM dashboards, reports, and performance analytics to ensure visibility into key risk metrics.Collaborate with risk, audit, and compliance teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.Participate in architectural discussions and roadmap planning for ServiceNow IRM enhancements.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IRM functionality, performance, and integration.Required Skills:Overall IT Experience: 9+ Years4–6 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, with at least 2–3 years specifically in IRM/GRC modules.Strong experience with ServiceNow Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit Management.Proficient in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs.Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and Notifications.Understanding of risk management frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, SOX).Familiarity with ServiceNow data model, ACLs, and CMDB.Experience in Agile development methodologies.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.Preferred Qualifications:ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IRM or GRC.Experience with ServiceNow SecOps or Vendor Risk Management modules.Experience working in highly regulated industries (e.g., Financial Services, Healthcare).Experience with Performance Analytics, Dashboards, and Reporting.
