ServiceNow HAM Developer

To enhance enterprise hardware asset management capabilities, the remote ServiceNow HAM Developer will design, build, and maintain ServiceNow HAM functionalities, collaborating with ITAM, Procurement, and Operations teams to automate workflows and ensure data integrity. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow HAM, including workflows and integrations Implement and maintain asset lifecycle management processes, ensuring data accuracy within the CMDB Develop Service Portal components for self-service asset requests and tracking Required Qualifications Ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance 12+ years of relevant experience, with a Bachelor's Degree substituting for 5 years Proven expertise in ServiceNow development, including JavaScript and various ServiceNow modules In-depth experience with ServiceNow HAM implementation and configuration Proficiency in integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
