Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 12+ years of IT experience with 5+ years focused on ServiceNow architecture.
- Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and administration.
- Hands‑on experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Asset Management.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
- Proven experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and enterprise integrations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – preferred.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.
- TOGAF Certification.
- Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Experience in Fortune 500 or large enterprise environments.
