Required Skills and Experience
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow engineering experience, including scoped applications, server-side and client-side scripting, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP integrations, import sets, transform maps, and security controls.
- Ability to design robust ingestion pipelines with validation, reconciliation, error handling, observability, retry, and audit-trail capabilities.
- Advanced JavaScript and ServiceNow API knowledge, with strong debugging, performance-tuning, and code-review capability.
- Experience leading distributed delivery teams and communicating technical decisions to business, architecture, security, and product stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of Agile delivery, source control, update sets or application repository practices, release governance, and production support.
- Experience with AI/LLM-generated content, document or data ingestion, human-in-the-loop review, or regulated/auditable workflows.
- Experience with automated testing, CI/CD integration, platform health controls, and enterprise integration patterns.
