To support critical operations, the full-time ServiceNow Developer with TS/SCI will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions while working remotely. Key responsibilities Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for ServiceNow enhancements Ensure the integrity and performance of ServiceNow applications through testing and maintenance Required qualifications Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph Proven experience in ServiceNow development and administration Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for ServiceNow customization Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment
