This includes knowledge transfer to the full-time associates who will be supporting the app going forward.As a member of the scrum team you will demonstrate your skills and knowledge to add to the team’s successProvide technical mentorship to other engineers on the delivery teamDevelop an understanding of the business domain in order to participate in discussions, planning, and provide feedback to drive the team and product forwardCollaboration, communication and engagement skills and will be encouraged to articulate and document business and system requirementsFlexible attitude and be able to appropriately accommodate changeDedication to the highest levels of quality!Aptitude and desire to ramp up quickly on new technologies and skillsBS in Computer Science or equivalent degree and 5 plus years of professional experienceExperience with the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery, Lifecycle Events & scopesProficiency in JavaScript and scripting in ServiceNowSolid understanding on Flow DesignerExperience building custom applications, integration & portal widgetsExperience with Team DevelopmentExperience with Onboarding Mobile App a plusServiceNow Development, especially inbound/outbound REST integrationsLinux/WindowsProven hands-on experience and a real passion for working within an agile (scrum, XP, Kanban, etc.) development environmentExperience working within a distributed environmentSoftware Engineering Chapter Lead for the AWMT Product Area, also supporting OCIO for the Workforce Connect squads. I supply developers to Product teams and am responsible for the training and career development of the associates in my Chapter.
We work closely with Architecture and the COEs to set a shared technical direction for all the Product teams.
