ServiceNow Developer

Location: Princeton, NJ | Hybrid, 4 days onsite / 1 day remote

Pay: $77–$84/hour

Schedule: 36.25 hours per week, 7.25 hours per day

Contract: 6 months with potential for extension.

J&J Staffing Resources is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer for a 6-month contract opportunity in Princeton, NJ . This is a hybrid position requiring 4 days onsite and 1 day remote per week .

The ideal candidate will have extensive ServiceNow development and architecture experience, advanced JavaScript skills, and a strong background developing solutions across multiple ServiceNow modules.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize applications within the ServiceNow platform
• Build and enhance ServiceNow user interfaces
• Develop upgrade-safe ServiceNow applications and customizations
• Create solutions using JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting best practices
• Support development across ITSM, CSM, SPM, HAM, IRM, ITOM, and SEM
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to support ServiceNow initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform and architecture
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting patterns
• Strong development experience with ITSM, CSM, SPM, HAM, IRM, ITOM, and SEM
• Experience building and customizing ServiceNow user interfaces
• Strong experience developing upgrade-safe applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification

Strongly Preferred

• Experience working in a higher education environment
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification in any module
