What we're looking for:
- 2–3 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience preferred (up to 5 years)
- Experience with ServiceNow development and configuration
- Knowledge of JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer
- Familiarity with ITSM and Service Catalog
- A combination of ServiceNow administration and development experience
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
- Exposure to AI capabilities within ServiceNow is a plus
Location: New York City — hybrid, 3 days onsite, with potential remote flexibility.
Compensation range: 80-120k
