About the Role
We are expanding our high-performing team and looking for Senior ServiceNow Developers with 6 to 10 years of hands-on platform experience.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Development: Hands-on coding, building, and deploying robust solutions across the ServiceNow platform.
- Integration Engineering: Design and maintain complex integrations, ensuring scalability as our heavily integrated ecosystem continues to grow.
- User Experience Delivery: Build advanced, user-centric interfaces utilizing Service Portal and Workspace.
- Multitasking & Initiative: Manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities simultaneously, acting as a proactive self-starter.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, leveraging strong communication, high EQ, and business acumen.
Core Technical Requirements
- Experience: 6 to 10 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and coding.
- Platform Mastery: In-depth technical familiarity with workflows, data models, APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and system integrations. GRC / IRM Expertise (Mandatory):
- Strong hands-on experience in Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC).
- Experience in Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk Management, and Business Continuity Management.
- Ability to develop workflows, custom applications, integrations, and automation within IRM.
- Strong understanding of governance and compliance frameworks.
- ServiceNow CSA, CAD, and CIS-Risk and Compliance (IRM/GRC) certification Mandatory
