ServiceNow Developer

• ServiceNow Developer (Plano) (Multiple Positions) required to configure and maintain the ServiceNow platform according to defined business and client requirements, including workflow configurations, data mappings, and user interface components. Develop and maintain HR-related data tables and schemas and perform data migration activities from legacy systems in accordance with documented procedures and standards. Create and manage Service Catalog Items and Record Producers using Flow Designer, incorporating standard server-side and client-side scripting techniques, Support automation of HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and position control using established workflows and tools. Develop, test, troubleshoot, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external applications to support reliable data exchange, system functionality, and operational performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field, or foreign equivalent.
