The ideal candidate provides development and maintenance related support for ServiceNow tool implementation and customization. Expected to have knowledge and/or experience in business and technical skills related to specific module/s such as HR/ITSM/ITOM of ServiceNow and various scripting languages (e.g.
JavaScript), plus knowledge in Service Now low code/no code called the NOW platform. Designs and develops customized reports while applying code level changes in ServiceNow environment in order to develop tailored views.
