Software EngineerThe HR Product Technology team working with Enterprise HR and Talent businesses is looking for a Software Engineer to assist with the new implementation of ServiceNow to replace the existing case management system.Primary Responsibilities:Provide ServiceNow expertise to assist the team in developing a product using the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery module. This includes knowledge transfer to the full-time associates who will be supporting the app going forward.As a member of the scrum team you will demonstrate your skills and knowledge to add to the team’s successProvide technical mentorship to other engineers on the delivery teamDevelop an understanding of the business domain in order to participate in discussions, planning, and provide feedback to drive the team and product forwardCollaboration, communication and engagement skills and will be encouraged to articulate and document business and system requirementsFlexible attitude and be able to appropriately accommodate changeDedication to the highest levels of quality!Aptitude and desire to ramp up quickly on new technologies and skillsExperience and Skills:BS in Computer Science or equivalent degree and 5 plus years of professional experienceExperience with the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery, Lifecycle Events & scopesProficiency in JavaScript and scripting in ServiceNowSolid understanding on Flow DesignerExperience building custom applications, integration & portal widgetsExperience with Team DevelopmentExperience with Onboarding Mobile App a plusServiceNow Development, especially inbound/outbound REST integrationsLinux/WindowsProven hands-on experience and a real passion for working within an agile (scrum, XP, Kanban, etc.) development environmentExperience working within a distributed environmentNice to have:Experience with the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery moduleLinux Shell ScriptingJavaKubernetes
