We are seeking skilled professionals with strong expertise in ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, and infrastructure data management to support enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments.
Position: ServiceNow Discovery Developer
Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time
Experience Required: 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
Work Location: Onsite (Relocation assistance available)
Work Authorization: Open to candidates with valid U.S. work authorization. No C2C / Third-Party Vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and support ServiceNow Discovery capabilities within enterprise environments.
- Build and customize ServiceNow Discovery Patterns to onboard servers, infrastructure, and network devices into CMDB.
- Configure and support Service Graph Connectors and CMDB data ingestion mechanisms.
- Troubleshoot Discovery failures, pattern issues, connectivity challenges, and CMDB data quality concerns.
- Validate Configuration Items (CIs), relationships, and improve CMDB accuracy.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, network, server, IT asset management, and operations teams.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar technologies to improve development efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB.
- Experience developing and customizing Discovery Patterns.
- Experience with Service Graph Connectors or similar CMDB ingestion solutions.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure discovery, configuration items, and CMDB data quality.
- Experience customizing ServiceNow solutions beyond out-of-the-box implementations.
Preferred Skills:
- Python scripting/development experience.
- AWS or cloud discovery experience.
