Position: ServiceNow Developer / Engineer (CMDB Focus)
Location: Hybrid - Chandler, AZ (Greater Phoenix area)
Type: Full-Time or C2H
Salary: $90,000 - $130,000
Compensation: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year (annual)
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and enhance ServiceNow solutions with a focus on CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping
* Configure CI classes, relationships, and reconciliation rules
* Build automation using JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Flow Designer
* Support ITSM, ITOM, Asset Management integrations
* Troubleshoot CMDB and platform-related issues
* Perform CMDB audits and data cleanup
* Participate in Agile ceremonies
Required Skills
* 3+ years of ServiceNow development or engineering experience
* Strong CMDB knowledge: CI relationships and Discovery patterns
* Experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, or SAM
* Knowledge of Discovery & MID Server integrations (REST/SOAP/JDBC)
* Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Flow Designer
