As a Developer for ServiceNow, you will be part of our nimble and global agile cross-functional team working on one of the most complex ServiceNow implementations across various modules and business lines which include:IT Service Management - Incident, Request, Change, Problem, Virtual Agent, PAIT Operations Management – Discovery, Service MappingIT Asset Management - APM, HAM, CMDB, DiscoveryDevOpsSecurity Operations – Vulnerability Response, Configuration ComplianceGovernance, Risk & ComplianceHR Service Delivery – Employee Service CenterWhat You’ll Do:Work as a ServiceNow Developer in a global scrum/agile environment; interacting directly with Product Owners and team members on a daily basis.Develop scripts, workflows, and flows on the ServiceNow platform to automate tasks.Work on Client scripts, Business rules, ACL’s, UI Policies, UI Actions, Notifications, SLA’s, Metrics, Scheduled jobs, Workflows, And Reports.Work with ServiceNow modules like Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Service Request Management, CMDB, & Asset Management.Perform bug fixes and assist with resolving issues.Create Technical design documents and provide knowledge transfers as required.Be aware of the best practices of the platform for the current version.
Experience with upgrading from old version to new version is a plus.Experience with Vulnerability Module is a plus.REST And SOAP type integration knowledge is a plus.Qualifications:College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science, information science, management information systems, (or equal years of experience)3+ years’ experience with the ServiceNow Platform3+ years’ experience as a ServiceNow Developer in an enterprise application environment2+ years recent experience working in an Agile development environment as a ServiceNow Developer (i.e., Scrum, etc.)
