Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support and enhance the ServiceNow platform for a financial services environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, CSDM, CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and enterprise integrations.

The consultant will work closely with application, infrastructure, and IT operations teams to develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions, improve CMDB data quality, implement service visibility, and integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Develop and enhance CMDB solutions, including CI classes, relationships, data quality, and governance.
• Implement and maintain CSDM (Common Service Data Model) standards and practices.
• Work with ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and related processes.
• Support ITOM capabilities and operational visibility.
• Configure and troubleshoot ServiceNow Discovery for infrastructure and applications.
• Develop and maintain Service Mapping to establish application and service dependencies.
• Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, APIs, IntegrationHub, and other integration technologies.
• Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, scheduled jobs, and other ServiceNow components.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide production support.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, security, and IT operations teams.
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices, security standards, and governance processes.
• Participate in requirements gathering, technical design, testing, deployment, and documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience with CMDB and CSDM.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM and ITOM.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery.
• Hands-on experience with Service Mapping.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow integrations and APIs.
• Experience with REST/SOAP web services and IntegrationHub.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with ServiceNow configuration, customization, testing, and deployment.
• Ability to work with cross-functional technical and business teams.
