Required Qualifications
- ServiceNow certifications System Administrator CSA and Implementation Specialist CIS
- 7-10 years experience developing and supporting ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer CAD certification
- Custom Application Development Design and build standalone applications custom tables and data models from the ground up using ServiceNow Studio and App Engine
- Scripting and Logic Implementation Develop and maintain advanced serverside and clientside scripts including Business Rules Client Scripts Script Includes and Flow Designer actions
- Process and xhqgsiq Workflow Automation Automate complex business processes and service delivery models to replace manual tasks
- User Interface UIUX Design Create and configure intuitive portal pages service portals widgets forms and lists
- Security and Access Control Implement and manage application security Access Control Lists ACLs user roles and scope boundaries
