Overview
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with experience integrating AI technologies to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions with a focus on automation, intelligent workflows, and AI-driven enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and configure custom ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Integrate AI tools and frameworks (e.g., predictive intelligence, virtual agents) into ServiceNow workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow environments.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide support for ServiceNow applications and AI integrations.
- Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow and AI technologies and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer (2+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices.
- Experience working with ServiceNow AI features (Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, Performance Analytics) or integrating external AI tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- ServiceNow certification(s) is a plus (CSA, CAD, CIS).
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools (e.g., Azure AI, AWS AI, OpenAI APIs) is a bonus.
