ServiceNow Developer/AdministratorSupport the instance of ServiceNow. This is a support role with some development work. Modules are already implemented.
The team handles production support, daily stand-ups, and 2-week sprints. Two people do incident watch. Stories include: "Hey, we need a custom field on this table," etc.
Main backlog is request management – building new catalogs for the portal is a big part of the role. Need to be able to articulate and work with stakeholders, handle requirements clarification, do demos, upgrades, maintenance, and all standard ServiceNow platform work.
