Job Description:
- PM with an experience in managing end to end cloud Infrastructure and Service Now Delivery.
- Candidates with a total of 15+ years of experience of which: 10 years or more in IT Infrastructure and ServiceNow Delivery
- Track record of delivering IT infrastructure services within a technically complex and challenging customer environment
Technical expertise areas.
- Must possess development skills
- Hands on knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM and ITAM)
- Good to have Telecommunication domain knowledge
- Good to have knowledge of ServiceNow FSM and TSM modules
