🔹 Key Requirements
- 10+ years of Business Analyst experience with 3+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience
- Strong ServiceNow expertise across ITSM, ITAM, SPM, IRM, CSM
- Requirements elicitation, stakeholder interviews, workshops, brainstorming, prototyping & document analysis
- Strong experience with As-Is / To-Be process mapping, process re-engineering & gap analysis
- Requirements documentation, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, RTM & wireframes
- Experience with Visio / Lucidchart for process mapping
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication
- Agile methodology and user-story development
- ServiceNow CSA and/or Certified Implementation Specialist
- Strong knowledge of ITIL / ITSM best practices
- ServiceNow reporting & analytics: Performance Analytics, Reports & Dashboards
⭐ Preferred
- Public-sector / government procurement experience (RFP/RFS)
- Client-facing consulting/advisory experience
- ServiceNow CAD or strong technical understanding of the ServiceNow platform
- Data analytics & reporting tools experience
