Overview
We are seeking a ServiceNow Architect who can confidently lead enterprise-level workshops, drive future-state platform design, and guide business stakeholders through strategic decision-making. This role requires someone who can “walk in and own the room,” combining strong communication skills with deep architectural knowledge to shape the long-term ServiceNow roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate ServiceNow workshops with business and technical stakeholders, driving clarity, alignment, and actionable outcomes.
- Define and articulate the future-state ServiceNow architecture , ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, scalable ServiceNow architectural solutions .
- Serve as a strategic advisor, helping leaders visualize what the platform should become, not just what exists today.
- Partner with implementation teams to ensure delivery aligns with the approved architecture and design strategy.
- Provide guidance on best practices, governance, platform scalability, and integration strategy.
- Communicate complex concepts in a simple, executive-friendly manner.
- Build credibility quickly and lead discussions with confidence, influence, and clarity.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow, with at least 5+ years in an Architect or Lead role.
- Proven experience conducting ServiceNow workshops , assessments, and design sessions.
- Demonstrated ability to create high-level and detailed platform architecture diagrams and documentation.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to lead organizations through complex design decisions and future-state planning.
- Strong understanding of integrations, workflows, data models, and platform governance.
- Comfortable supporting delivery teams post-workshop for solution validation.
