We’re looking for a senior ServiceNow Architect to join a newly formed AI & Transformation Tiger Team supporting a high-visibility federal modernization program.
This is not a traditional ServiceNow maintenance role. You’ll work on an 8-person team supporting executive leadership, helping identify enterprise-level challenges and turn modernization ideas into real solutions through architecture, AI, automation, prototypes, and hands-on implementation.
📍 Arlington, VA | Hybrid, 3 days onsite / 2 remote
🔐 Active Secret clearance required
💰 $182K–$225K salary range upon conversion
📄 6-month contract-to-hire
🕐 Flexible start between 6–9 AM
What we’re looking for:
✅ 8–12+ years of ServiceNow experience
✅ Enterprise ServiceNow architecture expertise
✅ Strong CSDM + CMDB design/governance experience
✅ ITOM Discovery & automation
✅ ServiceNow AI / Now Assist / Predictive Intelligence / Virtual Agent experience
✅ Integration Hub & APIs
✅ Workflow automation
✅ JavaScript + ITIL knowledge
Experience across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and SPM is highly valuable.
⭐ CTA, CAD, CIS, and ITIL certifications are strong pluses.
The ideal person can operate at both levels: advise leadership on strategy and architecture, then roll up their sleeves to design solutions, build prototypes, and help teams execute.
