Mastech Digital is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to support a large-scale ServiceNow Re-platforming Initiative for one of our direct clients.
đź“Ť Location: Remote (Candidates must be located in the U.S. or Canada)
📅 Duration: 12+ Months (08/14/2026 – 08/09/2027)
đź—Ł Language: English (Excellent communication skills required)
What You'll Do
- Lead the architecture, design, and technical execution of a ServiceNow platform migration to a new instance.
- Define the target-state ServiceNow architecture and implementation strategy.
- Design scalable, best-practice solutions across ITOM, ITAM, and ITSM.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance throughout the re-platforming initiative.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and platform governance.
Required Qualifications
âś… ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
âś… ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
âś… Extensive Solution Architecture experience within the ServiceNow platform
âś… Strong expertise across ITOM, ITAM, and ITSM
âś… Experience leading ServiceNow platform migrations, transformations, or re-platforming initiatives
âś… Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
