Own platform architecture and solution design across the ServiceNow estate, guiding enterprise-scale delivery and modernization on a federal program.
What you'll do
- Architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM (HAM/SAM), ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, HR, and Asset Management
- Lead platform enhancements, modernization initiatives, and technical design reviews
- Develop platform roadmaps, architectural standards, and technical recommendations
- Align platform capabilities with enterprise goals, including automation and AI-driven improvements
- Ensure data integrity and governance across CMDB, HAM, and SAM
- Provide architectural guidance, mentorship, and solution governance to development teams
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree plus 7+ years of relevant IT experience — or a Master's plus 3–6 years, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
- 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and solution delivery
- 5+ years as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Strong command of cross-platform integrations, system architecture and design principles, and CMDB/HAM/SAM data governance
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust suitability determination
Nice to have
- ServiceNow CIS certifications (ITSM, CSM, Discovery, Service Mapping, SPM, APM, SAM, HAM)
- REST/SOAP integrations, Business Rules, Workflows, Identification Rules, Workspaces, and External Portals
- SAML, Active Directory, and LDAP
- ITIL v4 Foundations, PMP, or Scrum/Agile certification
