Benefits include paid holidays, PTO days, and medical, dental, vision, 401K, short term and long-term disability, and company paid life insurance.Key Responsibilities Include:Install and repair electromechanical machine tool accessories at various remote sitesInspects and diagnoses malfunctioning or damaged machine tool accessory to determine nature of problemRecommends repairs, replacement, or other corrective action to customer service managerCommunicates with customer keeping them informed while working onsite at customer locationsProvides telephone technical assistance to help troubleshoot and repair equipmentWork with manufacturing when not traveling to customer sitesConduct operational, maintenance, and safety training to customers during installation of equipment and repairs of equipmentDocuments repair of equipment with service reportsRequirements:Must be able to travel 75% of the timeMust be able to obtain Passport and travel internationally to Canada and MexicoMust be able to communicate effectively with customers during onsite visitsMust be able to write routine service reportsMust maintain state driver's license and be able to pass driving record checks annuallyWe are an equal employment opportunity employer.
