The Field Service Technician - North Territory will play a crucial role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing office technology and imaging equipment such as copiers, printers, scanners, and multifunction devices. This field-based role covers the company's north territory, providing on-site support for business clients and ensuring minimal equipment downtime. Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to service calls within the assigned territory, traveling to client sites to diagnose and repair copiers, printers, and multifunction systems.
* Perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently.
* Install and configure new office equipment, ensuring proper connectivity with customer networks and software.
* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including driver installations, error codes, and connectivity problems.
