Our IT Ops team will take on all desktop and M365 support and it will be a significant transition to our staff. We need someone with good communication skills, excellent customer service skills, and an even/calm presence to support our staff through the initial transition and the new ongoing support processes.Expected Skills: Able to work without assistance; can provide leadership to others; able to manage highly complex work efforts; may have advanced education; may have extensive industry experience.Description (including, but not limited to):Technical assistance, support, and advice to end users for hardware, software, and systemsHands-on technical and functional assistance to business and technical usersRemote technical and functional assistance to business and technical usersSupport of the Office 365 environment (administration and useage)Able to support remote PC setup and application installation
