Weekends off - $18 per hour.ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and answer service calls and schedule service appointmentsSchedule service calls utilizing tele-serviceAnswer phones and direct consumer to the proper department and follow up in a timely mannerHandle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolutionOperate switchboard telephone systemCommunicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on holdAssist the managers with various clerical duties as needed and maintain waiting areaBe friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employeesFamiliarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficientlyQualificationsExperience with Microsoft Office suite is a plusAvailable to work flexible hours on weeknights & weekendsAbility to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnelProfessional personal appearanceAcceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelinesWhat We OfferMedical, Dental, Vision, Short- and Long-Term Disability, Paid Basic Life Insurance, 401(k) Plan, Personal Time Off, Paid Training, Employee vehicle purchase plans, Health and wellness and Sundays off.
