Service Project ManagerMechanical Service, Field OperationsUnion City, CA • Full-Time/RegularResponsible for the development and delivery of Service Projects, typically involve HVAC mechanical or plumbing service. May lead a small team of service technicians in the safe and efficient service and installation of commercial HVAC and plumbing equipment, components and systems.Position DetailsSupports Sales Team with customer scope development, technical analysis and support for retrofits, upgrades and/or enhancements to existing equipment. Develops budget analysis, manages cost and revenue projections.Collaborates closely with Sales and clients to determine the project requirements, develop the project plan and assist with quotes and estimates.
Develops client relationships by providing project status updates to client and leadership.Leads Service Projects & Project Team, consisting of trade specific service technicians, vendors, sub-contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful project completion on schedule and on budget.Supervises and directs assigned service technicians. Clearly communicates job duties and ensures adherence to policies, procedures and standards. Provides technical support and guidance to technicians as needed.Processes project documentation, confirms submittals, verifies service tickets and other field paperwork.

For California, this ranges from $103,000.00-$155,000.00 yearly plus annual incentive, benefits, and retirement program as outlined above.Contingent Employment: All employment offers are contingent upon successful drug tests, background checks, and professional reference checks. Roles that include driving as an essential job duty will be required to have a successful Motor Vehicle Record check (MVR).
