Service Plumber

Midwest Heating & Cooling is expanding our plumbing division and we're looking for a dependable, customer-focused Service Plumber who specializes in appliance installation and drain cleaning services.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and delivering top-tier service to homeowners and light commercial clients.
What You'll Be Doing
- Water heater installation & replacement (tank and tankless)
- Appliance connections (dishwashers, disposals, ice makers, etc.)
- Drain cleaning & sewer augering
- Basic plumbing repairs and troubleshooting
- Fixture replacements (faucets, toilets, etc.)
- Camera inspections (if experienced)
- Educating customers on repair vs replacement options
- Providing clear, professional communication onsite
This is primarily service-based work .
What We're Looking For
- Strong drain cleaning and troubleshooting experience
- Experience with appliance hookups and water heater installs
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
- Comfortable using tablets or dispatch software
- Journeyman License
Bonus if you have:
- Master Plumber (Restricted Appliance or Full)
