Learn more at and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Service Operations Associate to join our security business unit.Primary Responsibilities:Ensures operational accuracy and efficiency by auditing completed projects from the project management team to verify documentation, compliance, and quality standardsResponsible for submitting final invoicing to the billing department, researching and resolving discrepancies using a variety of analytical and problem-solving methodologies, and creating clear, accurate customer reports.Must precisely enter and maintain data in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and Excel while collaborating closely with multiple departments to support seamless project closeout and continuous operational improvement.Basic Qualifications:0-3 years prior business or customer service related experienceStrong problem solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong data entry skillsBasic MS Excel, Outlook and Word knowledgeBasis PC Hardware, Networking, CCTV, Access Control and Alarm knowledge a plusAbility to work effectively with others as well as independentlyTeam player, flexible and resourcefulAbility to prioritize workloadAbility to work in a fast paced environmentThe hourly pay range for this position is $20.00-$25.00 per hour.

The starting hourly pay will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity.
