Emergent Technologies Inc. is seeking a talented and motivated ServiceNow Developer / Integration Engineer to join our growing technology team in support of a mission‑critical Government customer. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM and enterprise network monitoring platforms. Your work will help drive automation, enhance network visibility, and elevate IT service delivery across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using APIs, connectors, and custom scripting
- Develop and automate workflows for incident management, change management, and network provisioning
- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide ongoing operational support
- Monitor integration performance and optimize reliability, scalability, and efficiency
- Collaborate closely with ServiceNow administrators, network engineers, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with mission objectives
- Provide training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to ensure long‑term team success
Required Education, Experience & Skills
We are seeking experienced ServiceNow Developers / Integration Specialists with a passion for enterprise technology and automation. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science (or a related field) is preferred, along with 11+ years of relevant experience, including:
- Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow, including ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB
- Strong experience integrating network management and monitoring applications via APIs and orchestration tools
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, and PowerShell
- Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including routing, VPNs, firewalls, and QoS
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
Preferred Education, Experience & Skills
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Implementation Specialist certification
- Experience with SD‑WAN technologies
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Background supporting large‑scale enterprise IT environments with complex system integrations
