Service Now Architect

Role Description The ServiceNow Architect will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions for Lorvenk Technologies’ clients. This contract, remote role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translating them into scalable ServiceNow architectures, and guiding end-to-end solution delivery across ITSM and related modules. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting technical and functional assessments, defining configuration and customization standards, overseeing integrations with other enterprise systems, and ensuring alignment with IT service management best practices. The architect will partner closely with consulting and delivery teams, support presales activities with solution proposals and estimates, and provide governance, documentation, and technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications

• Strong Consulting skills, including stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and advisory capabilities for enterprise clients.
• Hands-on experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and frameworks (e.g., ITIL), preferably implemented on the ServiceNow platform.
• Proven Solution Architecture expertise in ServiceNow, covering design, configuration, customization, integrations, and performance optimization.
• Presales and Solutioning experience, including preparing proposals, demos, effort estimates, and technical responses to RFPs and RFIs.
• Service Delivery leadership skills, with experience overseeing implementation teams, managing delivery risks, and ensuring quality and compliance.
• Practical experience with multiple ServiceNow modules (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog, Workflow, IntegrationHub) is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed environment and coordinate effectively with global teams.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills to convey complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer) are
