Job Details

Lead field service operations for deployed robotics and automation systems. Manage and develop service technicians, coordinate commissioning and preventive maintenance, own response and resolution SLAs, and drive uptime through remote diagnostics, escalation management, root-cause analysis, spare-parts planning, and customer training. Experience with industrial robotics, PLCs, vision systems, conveyors, or complex electromechanical equipment is strongly preferred.
