Service Leader: Lead the Crew, Elevate Guest Experience

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a positive guest experience by upholding high standards of food safety and quality. You will train and support the restaurant crew, maintain a clean, efficient service line, and help manage shifts and break times.

You will contribute to developing future Service Leaders and handle office duties as needed, while upholding Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy and policies.
