Service Leader — Free Food, Tuition Support & Career Growth

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served. The role keeps the line clean, trains crew, and assists with kitchen and front-of-house operations.

On busy days, you’ll evaluate tasks and help others as needed. You will be responsible for food safety, guest interactions, crew scheduling, and staff development, including performance reviews and cross-training.
