Asbury Automotive Group is seeking a Service Greeter to deliver an exceptional first impression in our busy service drive. In this on-site role, you’ll warmly welcome customers, guide them through vehicle check-in, verify appointments, and update customer and vehicle information. You’ll coordinate vehicle flow between the service lane and technicians, assist with shuttle and loaner needs, and keep the drive clean and organized.
Working closely with service advisors, you help communicate wait times and status updates, supporting a performance-driven, customer-focused team with opportunities to grow across dealership operations.
