Job Responsibilities:
- Service & Repair: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and fix malfunctioning fire alarm systems, panels, and devices.
- Inspection & Testing: Perform routine, scheduled, or annual inspections to ensure system functionality and code compliance.
- Installation: Install or upgrade fire alarm systems and related wiring in commercial or residential settings.
- Programming: Configure and program complex fire alarm control panels.
- Documentation: Complete detailed inspection reports, service tickets, and maintenance records.
- Customer Service: Explain technical issues to clients and advise on system upgrades.
